Founded in 2009 with the support of Dinan municipality, the association Les Rencontres Artistiques de la Rance (RAR) aims to organise cultural events, and porogram shows and concerts promoting French and regional artists. The association is focused on financing and organising the Festival Eté Musical à Dinan, which has grown and consumes all resources all year long.

Upstream:
- Overall organisation of the Festival
- Circulation of leaflets and posters in the region
- Animate meetings of Association Members
During the event:
- Logistics : transport of artists from /to Train station, accommodation and recital venue
- Artists hosting and catering
- Audience welcome on recitals venue
- Ticketing
